Jungle Bay is developing 120 new luxury ecologically friendly villas to host the resort’s guests. These vacation villas are for sale as real estate investments under Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP). The initial 40 villas are on track to open it’s doors in March 1, 2019. The outstanding to be completed by the end of 2019.

Jungle Bay total vacation villas cost US$255,000 per unit, which includes all closing costs (land, title registration taxes and all other expenses related to the sale and transfer of the villa). Qualified buyers are eligible for Dominica citizenship under the CIP subject to meeting the application requirements and approval. Jungle Bay will maintain the villas and market them to their guests on behalf of the owners. Villa owners and Jungle Bay will split the rental income on a 50/50 basis, net of maintenance costs. While annual returns are not guaranteed, 5% ROI is expected after the initial two years of operation.
